Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped directly from Minnesota. Every item is inspected and packaged by hand to ensure quality and care before it leaves the workshop.

Made-to-Order products, including Foundation Belts, Button Stud Watch Straps, and other custom items, typically ship within 3 to 4 weeks. Ready-to-Ship products, including Laces and Boot Kilties, usually ship within 3 to 4 business days. Processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume or material availability.

Domestic orders are shipped using standard carriers and typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days after shipment. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped. Please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as I cannot change addresses or guarantee delivery once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

International shipping is available worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. What previously took 1 to 2 weeks may now take up to 5 to 6 weeks. Once an order leaves the United States, I do not have control over transit times or tracking updates unless you select a premium service such as DHL. Customs fees, taxes, and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders are packaged securely and with care, using recyclable or biodegradable materials whenever possible. The goal is to keep packaging simple, functional, and environmentally responsible while protecting your order in transit.

If an item is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out to me directly. While I am not responsible for carrier delays or mishandling, I will do my best to help resolve any issue.

Cancellations or changes to an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun on a made-to-order item, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
